AUTUMM FOLIAGE BAG

The final product. Interweave Crochet Fall 2006 I used lots of fun colors and yarns I have never worked with before. I especially loved Berroco's Memoirs (the middle right leaf of light colored varigated yarn.) I desire to make something nice out of Memoirs, like a scarf and hat or shrug.

FALL BAG

Tuesday, 5 days into Autumn Foliage bag crochet work done and without lining, it's a bit saggy. I did the strap different too, It's twice as many rows wide and then sewn together lenghtwise for a very strong padded tubing. Did not have enough daylight to show it on the shoulder, will do Wednesday's morning light. Can't wait to teach this one. Yes, that is an acorn closure, please no comments on it being hairy....lol

INSPIRATION

Fall, leaves falling, marching bands warming up early mornings, football and leaves in the air....

Just loved some of the things in Interweave Crochet. Just had to the Autumn Foliage Bag different, burgandies instead of orange.

Here's what was going on last Thursday, a leaf, a front panel made twice as big as it was suppose to be...and a lovely side panel in the works....fall is upon us, the heater turned on last nite.
