Another New Bloom and New Socks

While on the jewelry kick yesterday, I whipped up a concoction for my "dichroic" pendant I made last month. I am very pleased this this project and can't wait to wear it!

Finally, one of the three new irises I purchased last year at the American Iris Society's Region 20 Iris Sale . The are all blue: Navajo, Ocean Reef and Blue Wave, if I remember right!

I finished another pair of "Sock it to me" socks from Vicki Howell's Knitty Gritty Knits book. I love making these socks, they are so fast. This pair I did on size 6 dpns (Crystal Palace) with Bollicine yarn by Cascade Yarns (50/50 wool, acrylic).

The clue is easy, no one has guessed what my surprise contest is yet!
