I checked out this great book from the library, One Skein Wonders, and fell in love with this shrug. I totally had to resize it. It used up 2+ skeins of Atacama Alpaca. I love the way it worked up - so camoflagey. I even toyed working it with two skeins to even out the pooling, but decided it would be too dark at the top so I worked it with one skein at a time. I am going to make a pattern up to share with all. I used an old pin my grandmother got me for my birthday when I was about 9 years old. I love it, it's an artist palette with the colors being chips of colored stones, she always loved me in green, as does my mother.
